Adena was invited to the Valley of the Sun JCC as a guest author to discuss her book, "Living Among the Dead". Well spoken and eloquent, she shared the story of her grandmother's extraordinary courage as a young girl surviving the horrors of the Holocaust. In wanting to preserve the life changing experience that still affects the world today, Adena's presentation revealed an inspiring personal journey that was engaging and captivating for the audience.
